It aims to inform and educate all road users globally who are one of the key elements of safe road transportation, especially motor vehicle drivers and new driver candidates, with separate contents on every subject from A to Z, in accordance with the rules of the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, and aims to contribute efforts of United Nations regarding to reduce road traffic loses halve until 2030 and to contribute to the European Commission's efforts to reduce road traffic losses to zero by 2050.
