VšĮ “Dviračių kultūra” is a Lithuanian non-profit organisation based in Klaipėda. Our mission is to promote safe, active and sustainable mobility, with a strong focus on cycling education for children, young people and families.
We organise cycling education activities, practical training, camps, community events and initiatives that help children and adults learn how to move safely by bicycle in urban and natural environments. One of our key programmes is “Dviračiais į mokyklą” (“Cycling to School”), which encourages children and young people to develop safe cycling skills, understand road safety rules and build confidence as responsible road users.
Our organisation works to strengthen cycling culture in Lithuania by combining road safety education, physical activity, environmental awareness and community involvement. We believe that safe cycling habits should be developed from an early age and supported by schools, families, communities and local institutions.
