EuroTarn was created in 1996; it was initially an association to promote Europe vis-à-vis the youth.
EuroTarn took part in the first european union road safety day in 2007, and ever since, EuroTarn is developing various action to promote road safety especially vis-à-vis young people.
EuroTarn has been instrumental in pushing for the creation of an European Mobility Hub close to Toulouse to educate young people about the new sustainable mobility; clean, digital and safe.
