Road Safety Institute “Panos Mylonas” (IOAS) is a Greek non-profit organisation dedicated to preventing road crashes and improving road safety through education, awareness, research, and advocacy. Established in 2005 following the tragic death of Panos Mylonas, IOAS works to promote a safe road culture for all users and reduce traffic injuries and fatalities. The Institute develops innovative educational programmes, awareness campaigns, and research-based activities for schools, communities, and professionals. It also collaborates with public authorities and international partners and has been recognised by organisations such as the United Nations and the European Transport Safety Council for its contribution to road safety.
