I am a driving instructor in Germany and I am committed to promoting road safety through a German-language road safety awareness project on social media.
A distinctive and innovative element of my project is conducting street interviews with members of the public, including both licensed drivers and people who do not hold a driving licence. I discuss traffic rules and important road safety topics with them and communicate relevant knowledge in a simple and accessible way.
This format has received strong interest and positive feedback from the public. By combining street interviews with road safety education, I aim to reach people regardless of whether they drive themselves and to strengthen awareness of safe behaviour on the road.
In addition, I have published a specialist article as an editorial in the Neue Zeitschrift für Verkehrsrecht (NZV).
