ScenePro Ltd was established in 2013 by founder Michael Peck. Michael had identified the need for Police Collision Investigators to improve the scope and quality of forensic data acquired from locus environments and vehicles involved in serious, fatal and life-changing traffic collision.
Following 3 years of exhaustive research and development, the CI 200 instrument range was launched. CI 200 delivers forensically robust datasets ranging from simple tyre/road interface co-efficient testing to comprehensive chassis dynamics data acquired from 70 variable categories. Rigorously evaluated and scientifically validated by the UK Police Forensic Collision Investigation Network, CI 200 is now in daily use by 41 of 43 Police Forces in England & Wales and ScenePro is the only police approved supplier of this technology. The 4 versions of CI 200 now include the Small Vehicle Test System, uniquely developed for use with motorcycles and emerging micromobility transportation including e-Scooters.
In 2016, ScenePro won an OJEU tender commissioned by local authorities to develop a Road Safety Triage Survey system. The company subsequently identified the need to develop a more pragmatic solution for this purpose and in 2019 commissioned an internal research and development project. A concept solution was completed in 2021, and we launch ‘Audit365’ at the Highways UK 2024 event at the NEC on 16th October.
Audit365 harmonises the expertise of highways and road safety professionals with an efficient and innovative approach to imaging, data capture, analysis, audit and workflow management. It enables the automated acquisition of high-resolution images and incorporates accurate positioning data alongside voice to text ‘Points of Interest’ annotations that are transmitted to a bespoke cloud based analysis platform.
As a ‘Cloud First’ system operating on secure AWS, customer data is remotely accessible 24 hours per day, providing comprehensive audit trails and the ability to research and manage points of interest through configurable workflow management; to both internal and external stakeholders, contractors and third-party organisations.
