Do you have a road safety project or initiative that deserves EU-wide recognition? Apply now to win a prestigious Excellence in Road Safety Award. Your award application will not only give you a chance to win a prestigious European award, but it will also help us to share good practices from across Europe.
You can inspire others and help build greater momentum towards our Vision Zero goal – reducing road deaths to almost zero by 2050.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 14 November 2024, in Brussels and online.

The categories for 2024 are:
- Best project supporting road safety for vulnerable road users: pedestrians and cyclists
- Best project supporting road safety in motorcycling
- Best use of technology and innovation to promote road safety
- Urban Road Safety Award (open to municipal, city and regional authorities)
- Best project promoting road safety education
