Szkolenie w zakresie bezpieczeństwa na drodze

Accidents in tunnels are characterized by a high intensity of impact on the environment and vehicles participating in the movement. The effects of such tears are great. In the case of the transport of dangerous goods, the lack of sufficient information may create additional, unexpected risks. Enabling the identification of dangerous goods entering tunnels can optimize risk management and aid decision making on progress.

The campaign is a response to the increased number of accidents on Polish highways. We strongly believe that by educating and raising consciousness, we help to save human lives.
It is also a continuation of the activities that Road Safety Centre in Łódź (CRBD) presented during the competition in 2016 and has been implemented jointly for 4 years (since 2018)

Fundacja planując działania na rzecz bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym na 2020 rok przeanalizowała sytuację na drogach w oparciu o dane statystyczne z 2019 r. udostępnione przez Komendę Główną Policji. Wzięto także pod uwagę głosy płynące ze strony ekspertów oraz reprezentantów ogółu społeczeństwa. Dane pokazywały, że na polskich drogach doszło do ponad 30 tys. wypadków w których śmierć poniosło 2909 osób, a prawie 35,5 tys. zostało rannych. Grupą, która zwróciła szczególną uwagę organizatorów byli kierowcy w wieku 18-24 lata. Grupa ta tzw. „młodych kierowców” charakteryzowała się najwyższym wskaźnikiem liczby wypadków na 10 tys. populacji – 17,4. Druga grupa to kierowcy w wieku 25-39 lat, ale w tym przypadku wskaźnik był zdecydowanie niższy i wynosił 9,5. W 2019 r. młodzi kierowcy byli sprawcami 4 910 wypadków (18,5% wypadków powstałych z winy kierujących), zginęły w nich 462 osoby, a 6 409 zostało rannych. Wypadki z udziałem tej grupy kierowców spotykały się z szerokim oddźwiękiem społecznym ponieważ dotyczyły młodych ludzi, którzy dopiero wkraczają w dorosłe życie i rozpoczynają realizację planów zawodowych. Również głosy ekspertów w kwestii podejmowania tematów ważnych z punktu widzenia poprawy bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym odnosiły się do konieczności podnoszenia świadomości wśród młodych kierowców. Dlatego też fundacja oparła program na stworzeniu młodym kierowcom możliwości podnoszenia umiejętności kierowania pojazdami. Takie podejście okazało się szczególnie istotne ze względu na obowiązujący obecnie w Polsce system szkolenia kierowców. Koncentruje się on na przygotowaniu do egzaminu na prawo jazdy. Kurs realizowany jest przez wykwalifikowanych instruktorów nauki jazdy. Szkolenie na kategorię B standardowo trwa 60 godzin, z czego 30 obejmuje przygotowanie teoretyczne, a drugie 30 – praktyczne. W przypadku szkolenia teoretycznego każda godzina jest równa 45 minutom, zaś praktycznego – 60 minutom. Program „Mistrzowie w drodze” jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby edukacji młodych kierowców po uzyskaniu przez nich uprawnień do kierowania pojazdami.
Pomimo pozytywnych tendencji bo wspomniany wskaźnik liczby wypadków drogowych na 10 tys. populacji zmniejszał się (2020 – 13,82; 2021 – 13,77 – należy wziąć pod uwagę, że był to okres pandemie i panował zmniejszony ruch na drogach) fundacja w tym roku realizuje już trzecią edycję programu "Mistrzowie w drodze". Program spotkał się z dużym zainteresowaniem i pozwala na podnoszenie wiedzy teoretycznej i praktycznej wśród młodych kierowców, jest też swego rodzaju bodźcem zachęcających do reedukacji po otrzymaniu uprawnień.

Every year, ca. 200 accidents and collisions happen on the Polish railroad crossings, leading to dozens of deaths. 99% of these incidents are a result of the drivers’ recklessness and their non-compliance with the rules. Therefore, state-owned Polish Railway Lines launched a social educational campaign: “Safe rail-road level crossing” aimed at increasing the drivers’ awareness. Campaign was focused on shortening the reaction time of emergency services by using an innovative solution of Yellow Sticker and educating the right behaviours widely in the Polish society thru Ambassadors of Safety.
85% of Poles declare that they do not always comply with the traffic rules…
Rush, ignorance, recklessness and lack of rationality are the main killers on the railway’s tracks in Poland. Research shows that general knowledge about safety on railway’s tracks and rail-road crossings in Poland is too low. Drivers routinely disregard the STOP sign, light signals or pass below the closing barriers. The problem concerns both regular and professional drivers. Many of them don’t know what to do if their vehicle gets stuck between the closed barriers. They can’t determine the place, whom to contact and what to do. They are not aware that they can contact the services by using the Yellow Sticker.
Therefore Polish Railway Lines under “Safe rail-road level crossing” campaign, implemented actions aimed at reaching the general public with information about railroad crossing safety rules and functioning of Yellow Sticker.

We train future drivers so that they are modern and safe drivers who also care about the environment. We conduct training in a much broader scope than required by local curricula. We use an electric car, a car with an automatic transmission. We take part in a special project of driving lessons on the motorway. Each student takes such classes as a standard part of the driving license course.
