The Central Traffic Management Office is part of the Bavarian State Building Directorate and its direct technical supervision lies with the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Building and Transport. Its tasks are to develop solutions and concepts for the smoothest possible, safest and most environmentally friendly management of road traffic. The Central Traffic Management Office also provides (technical) support to the authorities in the practical implementation of measures, including monitoring their success.
