The driver hit my brother and run, the driver came out after nine days. Nevertheless, in 2006, 9th of April, we lost my brother Suat Ayoz. After car accident, we had to manage justice progress. In this progress, we don’t know what to do and how to do. And also we don’t know our rights and how to defend them. We try to cope this prosecution with our friend supporting us, sharing our suffering and tranfering their similar experience badly. In this manner, Suat Ayoz Traffic Victims Association was established by his sister Yesim Ayoz. We know precisely hit-and-run is second-degree murder ve we will work to be approved it second-degree murder. Therefore, we never says “car accident”, because “accident” word means to do something mistakenly. But all this happening are occured with carelessness and irresponsibility, so we says “car crash”.
Our main goal is to help the victims on a voluntary basis.
Our missions are;
-To notice victims rights and to guide how to get their rights,
-To help their suffering and case progress after the crash,
-To advocate to increase our regulation standarts to improved states,
-To increase awereness about traffic victims, their suffering and their life quality,
-To work on Road Safety for raising victims life quality.
Our wishes are; all our traffic victims get standarts in term of justice/insurance/rehabilitation like improved states. One day, no one calls us for “car crash” and to be any victims of traffic.
