WE ARE PARTICIPATING IN 7TH EARTH PRODUCTS OF MEGARA EXHIBITION

The Road Security Sector of the Kouros Volunteering Organisation is participating in this year's 7th Earth Products of Megara Exhibition, 28-31 August 2015. In cooperation with  the local Motorcycle Club (LEMM) we are setting up an exhibitors stand to inform and raise awareness of local youth population for the dangers that are involved in driving as well as walking. This is our 4th consecutive participation. We have persuaded the Local Authority of Megara to grant us their support as well as the support and attention of the Local Development Company, the Regional Police Department, the Local Business Association, the Greek Motorists Federation, the Greek Motorcyclists Federation, the Organisation REACTION of Cyprus and other Non-Governmental Associations. We are participating under the heading "e-ROAD SAFETY" and we will pay particular attention in mentioning all our supporters in the front panel. This year we are hosting interactive computer systems. Our visitors interaction will be projected on a 2m X 2m screen We are letting our guests participate in sample car and bicycle driving license tests. Further to this, our visitors will get to know the penalties related to the violation of the driving rules. The test results will be depicted on a sticker that will be given to the participants. We are also setting up a mini driving experince park for minors (2-10 years old). Those youngsters will be granted an "indicative bike riding license". Each student-guest will also be given a thematic notebook.
