TI IC operates through distinct Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to deliver specialized infrastructure:
- Roads & Runways: End-to-end execution of national highways, multi-lane expressways, complex interchanges, elevated corridors, and state-of-the-art international airport runways.
- Railway Business: Construction of mainline railway tracks, heavy-haul freight corridors, station buildings, and advanced signaling/telecommunication systems.
