Abbey School pupils make a music video to encourage walking, cycling and scooting to school.
Pupils of Abbey School in conjunction with the Manchester rapper, RIO (Rio Nelson) and rock band, Strickland, have produced a fun, rock- rap music video that was entirely thought up, produced and features the pupils of Abbey School.
The aim of the music video was to make the school run fun and encourages parents and carers to leave the car behind with the catchy lyrics of “Don’t, don’t take the car, you don’t have to walk that far!”. Through social media, the pupils are aiming to get over 10,000 views of this music video in order to help promote walking, scooting and cycling to school.
