KB Event is a specialist transport company providing transport & logistics management services for live events, music tours & corporate events, Established in 1992 by our present management team, we pride ourselves on offering total reliability in support of any size event, anywhere in the world; operating from our two bases in Nottingham & London and a hub in the Republic of Ireland. Our global road, sea and air freight services are co-ordinated by a dedicated operations team, supported by our comprehensive in-house documentation facility for ATA Carnets, import/export documents and driving permits. Our modern extensive fleet – the greenest and largest low ride height Scania fleet in the industry – is backed up by our in-house vehicle maintenance facility, alongside a Europe-wide network of emergency call-out specialists. We have vast experience of trucking music events, from festivals and concerts, to opera's and worldwide stadium tours.Careful planning ensures that show schedules are met - we provide double and triple drivers where necessary. All our music drivers are industry specialists experienced at handling backline and production equipment; they have the "team player" skills required in the production environment. Our music drivers have additional skills specific to the music environment, including fixed and truss follow-spot operation (carrying their own harnesses) and merchandising. KB Event operate worldwide: we have the expertise and the infrastructure to look after the most complex international operations, utilising experienced in-house personnel supported by our extensive network of air and sea freight agents.If required, a project manager can be allocated to accompany your equipment, ensuring continuity, punctuality and security.We have in-house air and sea freight specialists available to advise upon and co-ordinate your shipments, however large or small.We offer an aircraft charter service; we can source anything from a helicopter to a 747 and provide all the necessary ground-side and air-side liaison. We can provide all import/export and other documents necessary for your project.Our drivers are fully trained to operate all Customs formalities. ATA Carnets (temporary export documents) can be provided to accompany a project or on a stand-alone basis.
