Grade 4 Advanced German Group at H.I.S. is planning an initiative to promote the importance of making yourself visible in traffic. After they researched about the main factors of accidents in Heidelberg 2014 they found out that most of the accidents with bikes and pedestrians involved had to do with the fact that car and bus drivers couldn't see them early enough to prevent an accident. Students then researched about ways to make yourself visible and how to help young children understand that. Now they are working on different ways to promote this.

(the federal association of the German spirits industry and importers), Deutsche Weinakademie GmbH (the German wine academy), Deutsche Brauer-Bund e. V. (the German association of brewers), Verband Deutscher Sektkellereien e. V. (the association of German sparkling wine producers) and Private Brauereien Deutschland e. V.

The overall goal behind it is to make roads safer than ever before. TankTaler brings eCall and Driving Score to almost every car. Whenever a driver is involved in an accident, an ambulance will be sent to the accident location. Driving Score is an incentive for drivers, sponsored by insurances to foster anticipatory driving. Users collect TankTaler when avoiding hard accelerations/ breakings.
