What are you doing/aiming to do for road safety?
Psychologische Lösungen OEG will continue its commitment for at least two more years and is planning to carry out psychological group discussions from 2010 to 2012 for about 450 more driving licence students who are about to receive their licences. There will be approximately 30 courses.
This road traffic awareness schooling is a psychological measure that will be undergone by each applicant for a driving licence between the ages of 17 and 18 at the Fahrschule Ing. Michael Brunner driving school. Our discussion groups will consist of 10 to 30 individuals. In these sessions, the students' experiences and attitudes will be discussed, along with typical causes of accidents among young drivers.
In this project, particular emphasis will be placed on major causes of accidents, namely, speed, greater willingness to take risks and driving under the influence of substances. The aim is to motivate the group to become aware and safety-oriented road users. Participation in these sessions is voluntary and will be carried out by Psychologische Lösungen at its own expense in order to improve road safety in Austria.
