We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who created a submission for the Excellence in Road Safety Awards 2024. Our awards panel will now begin the painstaking task of reviewing the submissions. Good luck to all the applicants.

The categories for 2024 are:

• Best project supporting road safety for vulnerable road users: pedestrians and cyclists
• Best project supporting road safety in motorcycling
• Best use of technology and innovation to promote road safety
• Urban Road Safety Award (open to municipal, city and regional authorities)
• Best project promoting road safety education
   

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 14 November 2024, in Brussels and online.
