What are you doing/aiming to do for road safety?

We commit to undertake the following actions:

- We will organise a professional driver contest every year for the members of the association, during which the drivers' theoretical and practical knowledge will be checked. The contest will be open to the public, company employees and their families. One of the most important goals of this event is the promotion of safe driving, not only among professionals, but also among the general public.

- "Training Centre Linava" will regularly carry out training for drivers to ensure safe operation of motor vehicles and driving safety on the road. Learning programs are following: “The driver work-rest regime" - course duration 7 hours, takes place once a month, about 200 drivers and transportation operators are trained per year; "Hazardous Cargo Road vehicles" - four applications with a duration of 15 to 25 hours. These courses are held regularly, four times a month; trained over 600 drivers since last year; "The Carrier's liability under the CMR Convention" - four hours, training takes place once a month. We expect to have about 150 participants per year. Program "Safe loading and attaching goods carried by road vehicles" is now being prepared. Expected duration of the program is seven hours. We are aiming to professionally train drivers in accordance with EC Directive 2003/59 principles and requirements.

- 1,000 reflectors will be distributed to traffic entrants every year.
