Our work has been carried out in the implementation of Road Safety Programs in large companies in the postal sector, namely in CTT Correios de Portugal and in other postal operators within the scope of collaboration with the UPU.
I highlight the main interventions that I have developed such as:
Fleet Management – covering the life cycle of the fleet from the availability process to the sales process, development of Fleet Policy, Maintenance, Sizing, etc.
Transport – covering the cycle from transport needs to execution
Road Safety – with identification of verified accidents and definition of measures to be implemented including training and telemetry
Energy Audit and Consumption Rationalization Plans, responding to business efficiency and legal needs
