Lykavittos Cycle A' Elementary School is a public school located in the business area of Lefkosia, the capital of Cyprus. It's one of the historic schools of the city. The student population consists of mostly Cypriots, but an important percent (35%) of it are students from various countries, mostly European. The school curriculum is set by the Ministry of Education, since the education system is centralized. Nevertheless, the school can emphasize on certain subjects according to the characteristics of the school. In our school, Road Safety is an emphasized theme for the last six years. We false cooperate with a private company, CNP Insurance, as the sponsor of our action plans.
