The Swedish Bus and Coach Federation is an association within the Swedish Confederation of Transport Enterprises and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. Since 2014, the federation has handled both industry and employer matters, reflecting member companies’ need to develop their businesses in close collaboration with their employees.
The federation’s members consist of just under 250 bus and coach transport companies and tour operators that conduct all forms of professional bus and coach services, including travel within and beyond Sweden’s borders.
The federation also includes partner companies—municipally owned bus operators that wish to collaborate on industry issues but traditionally have their employer affiliation through Sobona, the association for municipally owned companies.
In addition, around 50 sector stakeholders are affiliated with the federation. These are often suppliers, such as vehicle manufacturers, IT companies and consultants, who want to follow developments in the industry and within member companies
