School Safety Club "10" congratulates all the participants of "I ride safely in a child safety seat" Competition, which consisted of two parts. In the first one students and their parents had to fill in anonymous questionnaires and answer questions such as: How do you get to school? Do you often fasten your seatbelts? Do you use child safety seat and what is its brand name? Do you think using child safety seat is important? In the second part students had to invent a slogan encouraging their schoolmates to ride in a child safety seats until they are 150 cm tall.

On February 3rd 2016 before winter holidays, first grade students had a chance to meet a policeman from The Police Traffic Department in Slupsk. Children already knew a great deal about his duties. Together they established that pedestrians on the road can move only along the sidewalk or if there isn't any, on the left side of the road. Moreover, crossing the road is acceptable in assigned spots such as zebra crossing or traffic lights. Pedestrians should always make sure that there isn't any vehicle coming.

Desde el Grupo Caparrós y dentro de nuestro Plan de Seguridad Vial hemos iniciado una serie de campañas informativas entre todos nuestros trabajadores, transportistas y colaboradores en colaboración con la DGT. La primera campaña de seguridad es de vigilancia y control de camiones y furgonetas que se llevará a cabo del 15 al 21 de febrero por la DGT. Para empresas como la nuestra es una campaña muy importante debido al gran número de vehículos afectados.

Building out a network across the European Union for secure truck parkings from Level 1 to Level 5. The certification is based on the EU-initiated LABEL criteria and auditing by the certification company DEKRA SE. Currently over 40 parkings are already members of ESPORG. The aim is to deploy a dense network all over Europe by 2030.

The photo contest announced in our school had an objective to perform how to ride a bike safely. The photos, delivered to us, depicted children riding bikes and wearing reflective elements, helmets or other protectors. It was also performed to move on the road in a safe way. Having used all the delivered photos, the organizers have created a photo exhibition in order to both introduce the results and to show an example how to cycle safely.

Each school year begins with special meetings organized for children where policemen come. There pupils improve their knowledge of how to stay safe on the way to school. They also practise their abilities going on short trips to the nearest crossing with their form masters. Furthermore, our school takes part in many competitions organized by the Police and WORD (Voivodeship Training Centre For Drivers) as well as holds several events concerning road safety, in which we engage as many pupils as possible. All that gives children a chance to compete in various means of expression.

Elever på 8. årgang, der også fungerer som skolepatrulje, var med til at kortlægge skolens elevers cykelvaner og identificere udfordringer i forbindelse hermed. De påtog sig opgaven med dels at motivere de yngre skolebørn og deres forældre til at cykle til og fra skole, og dels at komme med forslag til at gøre skolevejen mere sikker for de bløde trafikanter. De afholdt således en kampagne og en event, med slogan, uddeling af egenproducerede nøgleringe og konkurrencer der skulle få flere til at cykle til skole. Eleverne udviklede en cykeltræningsbane, hvor 8.

Conocimiento de las señales de tráfico y otras normas básicas de circulación. Fomentar hábitos de comportamiento correctos como peatones en zonas urbanas y en carreteras. Fomentar hábitos correctos de seguridad como pasajeros en todo tipo de transportes. Fomentar hábitos correctos de seguridad y desarrollar la responsabilidad como conductores de bicicletas, patines, patinetes, etc.

Miguel de Cervantes Public Primary School is located in the La Calzada district of the city of Gijón. The learning community is comprised of working class families with a high unemployment rate, pupils of different ethnic groups and nationalities and teachers involved in and committed to this educational activity.
