Population subject to a stressful work environment, intense traffic, parking difficulties, execution of loads and discharges and compliance with demanding schedulesHowever our drivers are warned of all the risks that other users (pedestrians, children, elderly people, drivers of fragile vehicles) are subject to and therefore we consider that the whole population benefits from our project

Please describe the main road safety challenges/problems you have addressed or are addressing. 
The high number of road accidents, the need to reduce their impact (direct and indirect) and its many consequences especially personal level – This program has been in place since 2015 and has been constantly improved and improved
What are your objectives? 
The goal of the program is to reduce 50% of the absenteeism related road accidents
The program began in 2015 and after 4 years is stronger. By experience we know the existence of a prevention program is essential for controlling the road accidents and these 4 years show us is positive to consolidate this program.We remember what we did already:The following main actions were considered:1 - Diagnosis Road accidents – after the initial diagnosis we regularly update the diagnosis and specially after new vehicles come in the fleet.2 - Accident Control – We have a permanent monitoring model of drivers and teams with a high rate of accidents. It’s important to monitor also the quality of information because new suppliers can have new problems…Comparing the values of 2018 to 2014 (year preceding the beginning of the project), despiteincreased activity 13,0% more Kms traveled) and although it has been more accidents withvehicle damage, we note very positive results:least 31,3% of work accidents with road causewith 59% reduction of absenteeismleast 12,0% of total accidents (and damage) per million KmsLeast 63.7% of absenteeism per million Kms3 - Vehicles - Having analyzed the additional equipment possible and chosen new equipment taking into account the most frequent accidents4 - New Drivers - Set psychological evaluation model and training. It was also evaluated the Risk Assessment (including Psychosocial Risk)5 - Recognition - inclusion of accidents in the management and performance assessment andpromoted the recognition of safe teams and safe drivers; development of competition DriversChallenge for choosing safer teams to compete in the international competition of the IPC – Drivers Challenge6 – Communication - Development of a set of road safety awareness and dissemination actionsincluding information on the safe teams and safe drivers andperiodic dissemination of posters, articles in magazines, brochures and specific information provided on CTT Community.Please note the Driver Kit, a specialized training available online and accessible to all workers and in any place. Some of the documents are submitted in annex to this form.project presentation, points System, Holiday Text (travel), Urban Transit, GLOBAL POSTER, Eco Driving, Excessive Speed, ECO DRIVE POSTER, defensive driving, winter and preventive maintenance (tires, Lights, brushes), Drivers Challenge IPC, 2-wheel Prevention, preparation seasonal workers, road Maneuvers7 – Training of DriversThere was a significant increase of for road prevention.In the year preceding the beginning of the project the number of participants in these actions had not reached the 600.
