Instar UK Ltd was formed in 2001, The key purpose of this business was distribution of innovative roofing materials. However, due to a couple of frightening roadside experiences, Instar has recently branched out from this original remit and has developed and successfully launched a road safety product and service in one package.

A-Roads Driving


A-Roads driving is a driving school with Bill Rhoades as the instructor. Primary service is teaching new drivers all aspects of safe driving for life.

 

Kaba Door Systems


A Commercial Door manufacturer, fitment and service company. It employs around 250 people in the UK.

 

The Cycle-Smart Foundation

 

The Bicycle Helmet Initiative Trust (BHIT) a UK registered children’s charity promotes safe cycling and the use of cycle helmets to reduce head injury. BHIT produces educational material, works with young people, teachers, road safety and police to empower children. BHIT provides access to affordable helmets. The charity is small, very committed, having 3 part time staff and 4 volunteers.

 

 

Fleet Department


Fleet Department is a fleet management company based in Southern England. The company operate as an outsourced fleet department to businesses of all sizes and offer the option of a fully branded outsourced service which seamlessly acts as the clients own facility, or alternatively, can support clients existing fleet staff with a menu of available support options.

The IHT (Institution of Highways & Transportation) is a professional membership organisation providing professional qualifications, Continuing Professional Development and networking to the membership along with acting as a stakeholder to UK government providing independent transportation expertise to assist with the development and implementation of transport policy.

Gloucestershire Road Safety Partnership


The Gloucestershire Road Safety Partnership brings together, under one roof, road safety professionals from the County Council, Fire & Rescue, and Police. Working together we'll improve the quality of life for people living, working and travelling within Gloucestershire by reducing collisions and casualties on our roads and promoting, through education, training and publicity programmes, road safety skills for life.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service


Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service operates over an area of approximately 965 square miles from twenty strategically located fire and rescue stations within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, and serves a population of nearly one million. The Service has 489 frontline whole time operational staff, 216 frontline retained duty staff and a further 136 members of staff in key functional roles.
