Objectives
The European Road Safety Charter will be presented during the annual National Road Safety conference in the United Kingdom.
The National Road Safety Conference has been organized since 2009 by Road safety GB, a national road safety organisation that includes representatives from groups across the UK, such as local government road safety teams. The event has been promoted to more than 200 local authority road safety teams, police forces, fire & rescue services and government departments and other road safety stakeholder organisations across the UK and beyond. This makes from the National Road Safety Conference one of the most important road safety event in UK and certainly the best place to present and promote the Charter.
The 2017 National Road Safety Conference will be held the 14th and 15th of November at the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport of Manchester. The charter will be presented during the final main conference session, the 15th of November from 14:00 to 16:00.
