What are you doing/aiming to do for road safety?
As a social protection professional, but also as a social company, Sud-Ouest Mutualité decided to sign the European Road Safety Charter. The mutual insurance company, committed to sustainable social protection, thus wishes to contribute to raising awareness among individuals about their responsibility to take care of their health.
Sud-Ouest Mutualité will implement this commitment to ensure safer and more responsible driving through a variety of actions:
Highway Code refresher courses to update and reinforce knowledge. Held in partnership with driving school teachers, these courses will be offered free of charge to senior customers of the mutual insurance company and to the employees of its company customers. We seek to train at least 1,000 people.
Information meetings, lasting approximately two hours, for our 105 employees (regulations, road risks, etc.), with the distribution of safety kits.
Distribution of 1,000 blood alcohol testing devices during events, which will provide an occasion to disseminate the “Don’t drink and drive” message.
