What are you doing/aiming to do for road safety?

As part of its regular activities, Conforis plans to train, over a four-year period, some 200 employees and company managers on the issue of road risk, the acknowledgement of which constitutes a lever for change in organisations. The action makes use of education sciences to complement road risk prevention procedures in companies by emphasising the issue of behaviour.
In the framework of the European Road Safety Charter, Conforis intends to monitor such training free of charge, by focusing in particular on the GDE (Goals for Driver Education) matrix. The self-evaluation carried out by each employee at the end of the training will thus be continued through:
Individual employee accompaniment: each person will be encouraged to review the experience (quarterly during the first year, six-monthly and then annually), in order to question, through his or her actions and projects, the development of his or her professional association with road risk. This review will take the form of an electronic questionnaire.
Annual follow-up of the company, encouraging it to acknowledge and be aware of the development of its internal exposure to road risk (statistical data and qualitative elements).
A communication and evaluation of the actions carried out by the employees and the company, particularly with institutional partners (CRAM).
