What are you doing/aiming to do for road safety?

Over the next three years, we will carry out the following actions:
Organisation of a road safety village every year in a town in Lower Normandy, featuring a cycle path, car simulator, crash tests, etc.
We will invite pupils (primary and secondary pupils between the ages of six and sixteen years) from the schools in the town to visit the village and participate in the activities.

Organisation of a pedestrian rally in several towns in Lower Normandy: analysis of the town map and school environment, implementation of a pedestrian bus, accompanied by a study of the Highway Code, signs, and a review of the offences committed by the pupils themselves.
Interventions at schools and colleges on alcohol, driving and cannabis, in partnership with the police force. Training will last for two to five hours and will seek to raise awareness among young people between the ages of twelve and eighteen years about the risks linked to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We plan to carry out some 20 actions per year, and seek to raise awareness among approximately 10,000 young people.
