We are committed to research into road safety

-Organisation of driving observatories for our customers in our main markets, aimed at using this information to improve our communication and prevention campaigns.

-Collaboration in studies such as the paper “Guidelines for Using Technology to Address Road Safety Challenges” with the business coalition Together for Safer Roads; and the report entitled “Safety and Security on the Road to Automated Transport” with the International Transport Forum.

-Support for university research into the subject through the creation of the Road Safety Award by Abertis' international network of Academic Chairs.

-Project for the model of accident prevention on Autopistas Central (Chile) with the Institute of Complex Engineering Systems at the University of Chile

-Collaboration with the motor industry and other transversal sectors to improve road safety in the new self-driving and connected vehicle models such as the European projects Inframix and C-Roads.
