The European Commission, in cooperation with the Greek EU Presidency, is hosting the European Road Safety Day in Athens on 9 May 2014.
This one-day conference, centred around the headline theme ‘Safe and smart infrastructure’, will bring together road safety experts, stakeholders and decision-makers and give them the opportunity to share their knowledge and discuss ways to continue improving European road safety.
The European Road Safety Charter will be present and the European Commission will announce the winner of the 'Excellence in Road Safety Award'.
